Jonathan Boucher is a photographer based in Paris.
Self-taught, he spent twelve years in the fashion industry before turning to photography. His work is not only documentary — it seeks to transmit a state. Nostalgia, tension, desire, a sense of foreboding. What the world around us permanently holds, and rarely confronts directly.
He works in digital and on film, from 35mm to 110mm, depending on the project.
His commissions cover event and editorial reportage, primarily in fashion and culture.
